Yes, you need to pay for the CME Group data if you get it from us. We can not speak for how Apex handles this with Rithmic. If you are not using the data from us, then you would have to make sure you have the Market Depth data with the data in order to see the Limit orders. This is something you would need to go over with Apex. With our data, you would need to activate an exchange that includes the "Market Depth" data in order to see the Limit orders.
