Hello Sierra Chart Support Board,

Could you please help me with the below error message. My number is correct and in use, not sure what else is the problem. Am trying to activate Sierra Charts trial package.

{"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Failed to send SMS message. "}

Patiently waiting for your feedback, not sure I know anyone who can help me with this.

Hello,

I purchased service package 10 but when activating my account there was an error {"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."}

Please help me to solve it.

You are on Package 10, therefore there is nothing to activate. The activation is for the trial.

You do not have any exchanges activated in order to get real-time data.

Also, you need to understand that in order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that meets the above requirements, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you have the above worked out, then you need to follow the instructions at the following link to setup (and pay for) the real-time data for the CME Group:
