You do not have any exchanges activated in order to get real-time data.

Also, you need to understand that in order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more information:
