So, I managed to obtain Real Time Intraday data but just noticed that I'm getting Delayed Daily/Weekly charts. Who do I have to pay off to get that segment in real time? Thanks |

What you are stating does not make any sense. The close/last that is displayed in the Daily data is gotten from the Intraday data. So if you are getting real-time data for the Intraday data, then you should have the same thing in the Daily data. Please get us an image showing both of these charts so we can see what you are seeing. Thanks for communicating with me John..and by that I mean not just responding with 3 words and 6 links..lol So, my bad on this as I added a few datafeed packages yesterday and didn't notice that the Delayed is no longer showing on my Daily charts Thanks... But as longs as I have a communicator on the other end, I also added NASDAQ TotalView this afternoon but I don't know what that now provides me. I envision it being like a Level 2 but with more granular data..No? I hope it's not just the DOM as I can't make out much from that And if so, how do I see my $16 datafeed investment made today in actual use? Thanks again |

Hey John, say I wanted to contact another User directly on the site. How would I accomplish that? Thanks, Jonathan |

You would send them a "Direct Message" request. Next to their Support Name is a link for [Direct Messages]. Select this to setup a direct connection with them. You should also post and let them know you are sending them the request. You can also setup the "Chat" service to connect. One of you would have to make your Chat "Username" searchable so the other could find them. This is in the "Commands >> Settings" section of the Chat. Thanks John and as long as I have you, is there a way to change the Time & Sales time interval as right now mine is going in .00001 time increments. So, for 1 minutes worth of data, it's like 50 lines. I know how to filter for size in the settings but how do I change the frequency of inputs? Thanks again |

There is an option to turn off the Millisecond and Microseconds. Refer to the following: Time and Sales Window: Include Milliseconds and Microseconds in Time Keep in mind what you see is each trade to the millisecond (for instance 13:29:42.782000) which shows a trade at that precise time down to the millisecond (782 milliseconds). When you see additional numbers other than zeros beyond the milliseconds, then that is showing you the trades that occurred within that same millisecond, but broken into a specific order. So from your image, the first of these from the bottom is "13:28:31.897009", which means that this is the 9th trade at the time of 13:28:31:897. And then there was a 10th and 11th that are showing in the Time and Sales. The other 1-8 must have been filtered out. Refer to the following: Time and Sales Window: Time If, by chance, you were asking about how often the Time and Sales actually updates, then that is controlled by the "Chart Update Interval" for the chart that the Time and Sales window is associated with. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hey John, is there a setting to have the latest candle appear to the right most part of the chart? Very often candles are hidden until I drag with hand tool to reveal them..can be quite disorienting because I know what the current price is but the candle that shows might be X amount of time in the past. Thanks |

As long as your chart is scrolled to the end, any new candles will be displayed at the right-hand edge. The only time this is not the case is if you have scrolled your chart back to look at something previously and then not scrolled back to the end again. One way to know if you are viewing the most recent data is the indicator in the bottom right corner of the screen. By default, it is green if you are scrolled to the end of the chart and red if you are not. Hey John, is there a way to maximize a subgraph via a hotkey or something. I have like 5 different subgraphs below my charts and it would be great to be able to easily maximize any one of them. Thanks for all your help btw.. |

Exactly what symbol is this for and what is the time when you are viewing the information (please also give us the time zone with the time).

Gotcha..I'll send an email tomorrow pre-mkt with a few specific symbols as I'm pretty sure the T&S window will be blank. I'm EST but will snap a photo of the T&S window and send along. Thanks again |
