random time movement of charts

Hi, I'm not sure how to explain this as I've never seen anything like it before. This just started happening today. Closing Sierra and upgrading to the latest version has not affected the issue. Seemingly randomly, my charts are re-centering to a previous time (say 10 mins ago, no pattern is clear) instead of always showing the most recent bar in the chart. I'm not even sure how to begin troubleshooting this. Please advise.

Things to check on: - The chart is linked to another chart for the "Scroll Position" so it is trying to keep the same position as another chart. - "Tools >> Global Cursor On" is enabled causing the chart to scroll to a position to match another chart. Otherwise, we would need some additional information on how/when this is occurring. It seems to be gone now. I think it was an issue with my touchscreen driver by PQ Labs. Windows needed an update as well, so it could have been that. But thank you for those resources which I will keep in mind. Best.
