Things to check on: - The chart is linked to another chart for the "Scroll Position" so it is trying to keep the same position as another chart. - "Tools >> Global Cursor On" is enabled causing the chart to scroll to a position to match another chart. Otherwise, we would need some additional information on how/when this is occurring.
