Hi,

Just wanted to say thank you for developing the Telegram alerts this has made a huge improvement and I am very grateful for this improvement.

I have noticed a problem occurring on my last few trades. I entered a position of 13 mnq contracts all with target and stops attached however the OCO orders don't seem to be working properly when I take profit it does not close out the correct number of stops. Additionally when I try to move the stop location they just move back to the original position regardless of where I move them.

I have attached a screenshot showing that I had one contract open with one take profit but TQ8 left for stops. My first scale out is 7 contracts so it seems as if it is the first OCO of 7 take profit and 7 stop that are not working. They are both part of OCO group 1.

You need to analyze the Trade Activity Log for these orders and go through every event/order action with them to determine where the problem is and what has happened. Instructions:

I have been through the log and it tells me nothing except filled and the details of time date price etc. I am happy to share the log so you can see for yourself as it was the last trade I took

The log actually tells you absolutely everything that you need to know. If you look at it and concentrate on it, and every detail, you can identify exactly what the problem is exactly. You do not need us at all.

Although thinking about it in the case of Rithmic because they do not provide any detail, you may not know exactly what the problem is but you can at least tell the problem is on the Rithmic side.

We also charge for Trade Activity Log analysis and we really do not want to examine the log in the case of Rithmic. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis

For example:

when I take profit it does not close out the correct number of stops.
You locate the particular stop, that is not working as expected. Was it accepted by Rithmic. Is the state of it Open. When you know the price action should have cause it to fill, how much of the quantity filled. If it did not all fill, you need to ask Rithmic.

Additionally when I try to move the stop location they just move back to the original position regardless of where I move them.
This would be caused by an order rejection. So you need to locate this order and see what the rejection says but probably nothing in the case of Rithmic because they do not provide rejection details. So you then need to get the Service Order ID and ask Rithmic about it.

There is no reason for us to get into the middle of this at all. You should be self-sufficient. We have no interest in getting into the middle of this. The problem is not with Sierra Chart at all. There is no value for us to get into this at all. None. It is just a waste of our time.
