hi i tried to connect to the chat but it doesnt' work. it looks like i'm connected but nothing appen when i try to use the chat . i attach some images. i tried to find some help in the manual but i didn't find

You have to find someone to chat with. You can search by their Sierra Chart Account Name. On the Chat window, select "Commands >> New Chat" and fill in the field and select the button to find people. Note that there is an option for whether your Account Name is searchable or not. On the Chat window select "Commands >> Settings" and note the top item for "Make my Username Searchable". This needs to be set to "Yes" on the account for someone you want to Chat with in order for you to be able to find and add them to a chat. ok thanks ..i miss my real intention thas is to use alarm with that chat as you told it's possible from now on, after the dismission of the classic alert by email

ok thanks. the chat is working..alerts goes to the chat . so it's ok..the problem is telegram. i configured as you told as you see from the attachment but nothing appear on the telegram chat...only into sierra chat

@John idk where to put this, but there are not taking screenshots of the chart anymore when a signal is triggered. This worked perfectly and were send to telegram until last week. Any Ideas? The signal/alert tho finds his way to telegram. BTW - Starting new Chat makes Sierra Crash right now. Using Current Update. Edit: Starting New Group works, but also with no screenshots taking.
