I found another issue I hope you can help with since you changed me to the SC Data. If I don't open my SC for a few days, then I login and try to download the past few days of data, this seems to work fine for individual indexes (like SDEX-NQGI). However, for my custom symbols / spreads it often fails and I get a big gap of data since I last had my software open. For example: {SDEX-NQGI}/{VOLI-NQGI} or (({SDEX-NQGI}-100)/100*{VOLI-NQGI})+{VOLI-NQGI} Are these somehow caching on your servers from a live feed? Does that stop if neither I nor anyone else is pulling the data? Thanks M |
