Hi
I have an account with broker Amp trading & data provider is rithmic. At the moment, every month I have to use rithmic data to validate my account. I would like to switch to your service Denali as dataprovider, I need 30s charts for all instruments that I currently have on my sierra account. I want to know how much it will cost monthly:
1.If I want to trade on sierra using live account
2. if I don’t want to trade on sierra but just have access to charts including 30s charts using Denali as dataprovider
3. what are round robin costs on ESH24
4. if I use Denali as dataprovider, how do I validate my account monthly?

To begin with, you are currently setup to get data from us. You have the following exchanges active:
- Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts: $5.50 per month
- EUREX EOBI: $25.00 per month

It does not matter if you are trading from Sierra Chart or not. Your costs are going to be the same.

If you are not keeping your Sierra Chart connected to your trading account, then you need to connect at least once a month to that live trading account. To do this, you follow the appropriate instructions for the service you are using. For instance, you state that you are using Rithmic, therefore you would follow the instructions to connect to Rithmic in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group.

Note that you have already been doing this, as your current "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-03-02". You can view this date at the following link:

If you are only trading the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. This can save you about $0.10 per side for
your trades, as there are no order routing fees for this service. And since you would be always connected to this service, you would not have to worry about the monthly connection for verification. Refer to the following for this service, which is supported by AMP:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi
I switched over to Teton datafeed with Amp but my 30s charts for NQH & ESH have a 10 min delay. Please see attached.

First, if you are really on version 2561, then we recommend updating to the latest release by following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

After you update, if you are still having an issue, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

Since you have the price and time boxes with your crosshairs set to black, be aware that after you update you will need to change the color for the text in the price and time boxes, as this is a new setting that is set to "black" by default. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Chart Values: Price and Time Boxes Text Color
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
