Dear Sierra Chart support team,

I am not a professional, could you please help understand if my chart is live or is it on simulation mode ?
If it is on simulation, how can I change it to live ?

Additionally, when I use the Crosshair, at the bottom of the chart there is totally black frame and I cannot see the corresponding time.

I hope I was clear enough,

To determine if you are in Simulation Mode or live, you need to look at the Trade menu at the top and see if there is a checkmark next to "Simulation Mode On". If it has a checkmark next to it, then you are in Simulation Mode, otherwise you are live with whatever service you are set to connect to. Refer to the following:

With regards to the boxes in the Price and Time scales, there is a new setting for the color of the text, which defaults to black. You will need to update this item. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Chart Values: Price and Time Boxes Text Color
