Not sure whats the issue I am facing trouble in accessing the real-time data, I am not sure whats the issue, I had paid and subscribed to all relevant services..

Everything on your account looks good. Therefore we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hello, I had run the settings exactly as you mentioned, still found all the data lagging.. !!this is after I have paid for realtime data.. can you pls let me know how we can fix this issue?

What exactly do you mean by "...still found all the data lagging..!!"?

How are you determining that it is lagging? Do you have any insight as to how much it is lagging?

Hello John, BY Lagging I mean that since I do not have continuous live data during market operating hours all my market orders are executed with huge differences, for NQ I found a difference of 15 points difference between the click and execution earlier today during market hours!!
I do have other MT4 platforms that provide live data but can't integrate all brokerage accounts, that is the reason I had paid for the Sierrachart to avail all chart analysis but if live data freezes during market hours then I have losses in trading.
Also note that this happens only during regular market hours, during pre-market or after-market hours Sierrachart data works perfectly.

Do you have any solutions, My friend..

Please do the following:
- Select "Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard" and make sure the item for "Data Delay" is on the right side (displayed) and is high enough in the list that you will be able to see it in your Chart Header.
- Select OK to close that window.
- Go to the chart where you are having the problem.
- Verify that you now have an item in your Chart Header that starts with "DD:".
- Take a screenshot of that chart by following these instructions:

Post that image to this thread for us to see.

By the way, the data is live as of now.. this happens in between especially during the initial peak hours market hours.

Keep an eye on the value after the DD: in your Chart Header. If you feel the data is lagging, check that number and get us a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Also, when this occurs, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

The DD: at the top is showing 00:00:00. How do you know there is a 10 second delay?

Downloaded Pre-release version of the software and enabled NTP.

Hello Thanks it worked perfectly fine today during market hours, !!
This may be due to the low volume, hence you may close the case if the ticket can't be kept open till volume picks up..
