Please do the following:
- Select "Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard" and make sure the item for "Data Delay" is on the right side (displayed) and is high enough in the list that you will be able to see it in your Chart Header.
- Select OK to close that window.
- Go to the chart where you are having the problem.
- Verify that you now have an item in your Chart Header that starts with "DD:".
- Take a screenshot of that chart by following these instructions:
