Hi, I don't seem to be receiving live data after an update. I've tried restarted Sierra Chart and my data feed. Please troubleshoot. Michael |

I enabled the Denali data feed and am getting live data again. Thank you. Will I still be able to use the CQG order routing for the time being? I didn't change anything in the Data/Trade Service Settings (attached Picture1). Data seems to be flowing though. Does something here need to be changed? Finally, the QuoateBoard is getting live top of book data, but I can't see my live positions (attached Picture2). Those positions can be seen in the Trade Positions window. Can you troubleshoot and bring back the positions in the QuoteBoard? Thanks, Michael |

You are still using CQG for your order routing. There is nothing you need to change in the setup. You should be seeing the positions in the Quote Board. We have to ask the silly question of whether you have positions open for the symbols that are shown in the Quote Board at that time? We have passed the issue of the Quote Board to our secondary support. But we wanted to point out that you have activated the "Professional" exchange options. If you are not a professional trader (i.e. you trade other people's money) and you are not listed on the FINRA database for brokers, then you should qualify for the non-professional exchanges, which are much cheaper. Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for the exchanges, as the exchanges do not give refunds, but this is something that can be solved for next month, if you want. Is Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On disabled? Open the Trade Window for the chart you are trading from and reselect the Trade Account from the list of accounts. Even if there is just one. Hi, Trade Simulation Mode is disabled (Picture1). There's only one trade account in the trade window (Picture2). Reselecting it didn't seem to help. |

In the next release re-selecting the Trade Account from the list, even if it is just one account listed, should resolve the problem. We will have a new release out in one or two more days.
