We have passed the issue of the Quote Board to our secondary support.

But we wanted to point out that you have activated the "Professional" exchange options. If you are not a professional trader (i.e. you trade other people's money) and you are not listed on the FINRA database for brokers, then you should qualify for the non-professional exchanges, which are much cheaper.

Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for the exchanges, as the exchanges do not give refunds, but this is something that can be solved for next month, if you want.
