hi
can you pls increase this in the simulated feed to be 100 per 10 sec?
I am simulating in multiple demo accounts and getting the rate
my email address is gilad.barilan@gmail.com
what is the current rate in production env. just to know?

You have complete control over the Trading Evaluator settings. We can not change these for you.

which is not explaining how to control the trading evaluator settings but rather asks me to contact the support

An order message rate limit can be set. This includes messages for new orders, order modifications and order cancellations. This setting specifies the number of messages per 10 seconds which can be submitted per connected user, before there is a rejection of the messages which exceed the limit.

To specify this limit, start an Account Support Ticket and specify the name of the clearing firm and email address, and telephone number of the clearing firm contact. Specify the number of messages per 10 seconds, per connected user that you want to set as the limit. The email address needs to match the name of the clearing firm. We will follow up by email and telephone for confirmation."

am i wrong? if i can set it by myself i will be happy to do so. pls explain how.

We need to update that documentation. You can control this when you edit the trading account and go to the Main tab and Access Control settings section. There is this setting:
