The first thing to do is you are in a trade is to call your broker and have them close it out for you.

There have been notifications for nearly a year that the version that allowed support for CQG data was going to be stopped. This has not occurred. In order to get the data for the CME Group and/or EUREX, you will need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can still use CQG for your order routing.

To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, follow these instructions:

To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX, follow these instructions:

Yes you are using Service Package 10. However, you also need to activate exchanges here:

Not sure whats happening
According to my accnt info denali is active
I have the green data notification
Ive tried to reactivate services and it says: "Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts' exchange.
Insufficient balance to activate service. A balance of at least 37.5 USD is required for ret ib to pay for all required services. Current balance for account (ret ib) is 0.52 USD. Make Payment For 36.98 USD:"

Ive paid this and it shouldnt be due till march 15th

You do not have any exchanges active. The exchanges are paid separately from your Usage Time. You do have Usage Time available through March 15, 2024, but this does not include the exchange fees.

For data for The CME Group, we see that you have completed your agreements, so you just need to activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis, so if you activate an exchange today, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of February and then pay again on March 1, 2024 for the month of March.

At this time you should be getting real-time data.

You do need to activate the exchange here since the data comes from the Denali Data Feed now:

Cancel the exchange for you pay through your broker. You do not need it.
