Quick Question (and I know its stupid) but I need to add the market depth function for live trading (need to see the volume, I do not have this function atm and now need it). I know there are a few options to choose from. I am not really an orderflow/volume trader but I need to see the flow/volume on the DOM. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

You are not subscribed to an exchange for the CME Group that includes Market Depth data. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data And be aware that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you activate an exchange today (February 14, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month, then pay again on March 1, 2024 for the month of March. And, if you deactivate an exchange today, you will not get a refund for it - you will still have access to that data through the end of the month - deactivating it sets the exchange to not renew. If it were the beginning or end of the month, it is an easy choice. Since we are right in the middle, it all depends on how bad you need the data and the cost for it.

It's best to wait for the new month. May I reach out (or can you point me to the person or group) when the time comes to adjust properly?

If you are going to wait, then go to the page for the CME Group exchanges and deactivate the exchange you have active currently as soon as you can. By "deactivating" it, you are only setting it to not renew at the next month, since you have already paid for the data, you will still get the data through the end of this month. Then on the first day of the next month, when you get started that day, go to the same page and activate the new exchange you want.
