You are not subscribed to an exchange for the CME Group that includes Market Depth data. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data And be aware that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you activate an exchange today (February 14, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month, then pay again on March 1, 2024 for the month of March. And, if you deactivate an exchange today, you will not get a refund for it - you will still have access to that data through the end of the month - deactivating it sets the exchange to not renew.
