We have set your account to not renew. You do still have 25 days of Usage Time remaining, and we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments, so we can not refund the time you have left. After February 24, 2024, your account will automatically be put in an "Expired" state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. Note that you also have no funds in your Services Surplus. Should you decide to come back in the future, you will just need to add funds, activate a package, and if you have not removed the Sierra Chart software, then start your software again and login and you will be right back where you left off. Hello! Another question going in the same way please. As I wont renew my subscription in the next days (only data feed subscription need to be cancelled as I dont know if I'll lose the remaining days if cancel it now), I will have a service surplus of a certain amount of money that I'd like to be refunded. How do you suggest me to proceed, please? Thank you. Note: My subscription cancellation has nothing to do with the quality of the platform or anything like that. I consider Sierra Chart probably one of the best plateform out there, very versatile and with lots of capabilities, above every other platforms. |

You do have 33 days of Usage Time remaining, and we refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments, so you could get a refund of the Usage Time, if you like. And we will refund whatever funds you need us to. Just be aware that we have a $5.00 processing fee for the refund.
