You do still have 25 days of Usage Time remaining, and we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments, so we can not refund the time you have left. After February 24, 2024, your account will automatically be put in an "Expired" state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. Note that you also have no funds in your Services Surplus. Should you decide to come back in the future, you will just need to add funds, activate a package, and if you have not removed the Sierra Chart software, then start your software again and login and you will be right back where you left off.
