A few account questions after funding the account.

Please explain, doesn't funding this package include the data feed @36.8 USD/Month ?
11 - Integrated Advanced (For 6 Months) - 220.8 USD / 6 Months | 36.8 USD/Month

After funding the package, the website indicated an exchange activation was required for additional cost, was that step required?

The wrong exchange name was activated
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts 37.5 USD / month.

The intended exchange name activation is
CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts 12.5 USD / month.

Would you adjust the exchange activation with the intended one?

Hi there, when it comes to Real-time Stock or Futures Data, the exchanges sell that data each month and for access you would need to be on one of SP10, SP11, or SP12 and even then you would need to pay the corresponding Real-time Data Exchange Fee for what you activate, the cost of Real-time Stock or Real-time Futures Data is not included in the Price of Sierra Chart Software Usage Time.
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

Thank you for alerting us to your error in activating the CME Group Market Depth Bundle when you just wanted the CME Exchange with Market Depth Data, we have made this change for you and after a small error, you now should see your refund.

Now that my current account setting is receiving CME Exchange with Market Depth Data, which setting do i select e.g. Teton(Sierra Chart) or Sierra Chart-Denali-CQG (No Data-Order Routing Only) to setup AMP? I use market profile and trade ES mini and ES options and ES micro.

After researching the support board referencing ES options symbol setup steps, could you post an example of how an ES option contract format would look in the Quote Board, once the above data feed setting is selected?

For example with CQG as the data feed the Monday ES 4860-Call option contract format is C.US.EP14F2448600 .

Hi User143681, if you are focused on Futures Options Trading, then you should choose [ Sierra Chart-Denali-CQG (No Data-Order Routing Only)], Teton does not support Options Trading at this time.

If you will be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with CQG WebAPI Order Rourting, follow the instructions here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services
(note: the key element of the set-up instructions is step #5, please enable [Common Settings]: "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds"="Yes")

Question:
Is it possible to use Sierra chart with Denali Exchange Data Feed or any other feed paid through my account , without including a trading account, therefore Sierra chart would only provide market data? For example I set the current selected service to SC Data - All Services which allowed connection but displayed no active market data. I'd like to run Sierra chart only for market data and use other platforms for trading.

It's important to connect your Sierra Chart Account to your Futures Trading Account at least once a month (in order to verify your Non-Professional status) please see:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
