Cannot connect to prop firm

Hi all, unfortunately I am not able to connect to prop firm "the trading pit" through Rithmic data feed, connection to account works (green status), but data feed is not coming in. Even when trying to use Denali data feed (and I dont have more than 3 connections up and running) its not working. I tried to use a DTS server, but then I dont have a trading connection anymore, no connection to the prop-account. Please could you help me? Christian |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".

ok, thank you, this works! I have more than 3 Denali connections to different prop firms which I like to use on one device. Is there any option for me? I configured a DTC server, providing me data feed, but then how to enable trading with the prop firm account then simultaneously? |

If you have more than 3 different Rithmic connections than using the Denali data feed with them at the same time is not possible. You will need another Sierra Chart account.
