When connecting to the trading evaluator (to trade an account for a tryout), my data changes compared to when I connect to my own brokerage account (teton, denali data) My intraday, daily and weekly charts seem correct when connected to the trading evaluator service, but on my 100000-500000 volume charts, which I have Monthly and Quarterly vwaps on, the vwaps are showing different data to when I connect to my own brokerage account. I am able to see this change immediately when I switch back and forth service without changing any other variables - the vwaps give different values. Any idea what could be going wrong or how I can fix this? Is it just a problem with the trading evaluator service data by the provider of the evaluator account? |

The data, in both cases, is coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, these are different symbols, so it's possible that some of the underlying data is missing in one of these cases. We need for you to connect to one service, open the chartbooks and for the charts that show differences between the VWAPs, have that chart active and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If this is a Continuous Futures Contract, then you will be asked which contracts you want to download the data for - be sure you select ALL of the contracts. If this is a continuous contract, it can take some time to redownload the data, but this is necessary given what you have stated. Then, you need to connect to the other service and do the same thing (Edit >> Delete All Data and Download for the same charts). Once the above is done, the data should be the same between the services.
