The data, in both cases, is coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, these are different symbols, so it's possible that some of the underlying data is missing in one of these cases.

We need for you to connect to one service, open the chartbooks and for the charts that show differences between the VWAPs, have that chart active and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If this is a Continuous Futures Contract, then you will be asked which contracts you want to download the data for - be sure you select ALL of the contracts.

If this is a continuous contract, it can take some time to redownload the data, but this is necessary given what you have stated.

Then, you need to connect to the other service and do the same thing (Edit >> Delete All Data and Download for the same charts).

Once the above is done, the data should be the same between the services.
