realtime data from AMP broker to Sierra

Hello,

I have an account from AMP Global broker and I want to activate Denali data feed for Nymes.
I have made all the steps for it, but I can not connect to Sierra.
My failure code is below:

We do not allow connections to external services without a paid account.

Follow these instructions to add paid usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password if necessary.

2. Choose the particular Service Package and the number of Months that you want and press the "Update/Set" button. If you are on a Trial, you will first need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the chosen Service Package/Months. In this case, refer to the step below. Once that is done you can then choose the Service Package and number of Months.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
