I have Stripe auto-pay enabled and was just charged $15. However, I don't have any recurring service of $15. I've checked the transaction log but can't figure out what this is for. Would appreciate it if support could enlighten me. Thanks

Yes, I already have, as mentioned in my post. The statement reads "Payment for Sierra Chart Services" but I've already paid for 6 months and my next payment isn't due until the summer. So what is this for? |

One thing that does have to be paid for is the monthly exchange fee which is $10 a month. It must be related to that. So you have a 15.20 USD credit for the exchange fee which will be due at the end of the month. We are not sure why the automatic billing occurred so soon we will check on that.
