I upgraded the software this morning and the message log started with these errors: 2024-01-02 12:06:47.775 | Listening socket (0). Port 0 | Failed to bind socket to 0.0.0.0:11100. Windows error code 10048: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. 2024-01-02 12:06:47.783 | Listening socket (0). Port 0 | Closed listening socket. 2024-01-02 12:36:47.766 | Listening socket (0). Port 11111 | Closed listening socket. 2024-01-02 12:36:47.769 | DTC Protocol Server listening on port 11111. 2024-01-02 12:36:47.771 | Listening socket (2872). Port 0 | Failed to bind socket to 0.0.0.0:11100. This should not have anything to do with the update. If this is in a Sub-Instance, then check your "Data/Trade Service Settings" and make sure that the entry on the "Main Settings" page for the "Server Address" is set to 127.0.0.1. Set Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server >> Additional Listening Port to 0 and press OK.
