Hi, like the title says the option to combine ticks for the recent bid/ask volume stopped working for me after yesterday's update. Idk if it just got disabled or something but I have it set to yes on the settings and it doesn't do anything, it stays on the default tick size.

Sorry, but there were a few issues with it, so we had to pull it back out for a bit. It will be released again soon.

Ah no worries, good to know it wasn’t just something on my side. Looking forward to it, thank you.

Hello, I just updated to version 2586 and am getting overlapping recent bid/ask columns. Should I go to the previous version?

We see you have the Tick Size set to 1.00 and the Combine Increment in Ticks is set to "1". Can you please try setting the Tick Size to "0.25" and the Combine Increment In Ticks to "4". Let us know if the problem persists or not. If you have a reason to have the tick size set at 1.00 then after you try the above, go ahead and change back (unless the above resolves the issue and you then want to keep it like this). I was unable to achieve the desired result shown below. However, I can create a volume by price study in a different chart that will get me the data I need. Thank You. |

Sorry, not volume by price. I meant the numbers bars chart. I could set the tick size to 1.00 and it will give me the combined recent bid and ask on the NQ.

That is all fine, whatever you feel you need to do. We just needed to know whether you saw the overlapping data when you had it set the other way. It looks like you did not. Can you please set your chart back to how it was when you were getting the overlapping Recent Bid/Ask numbers. And if you do have the same issue, then get us that chart by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

And here is what it looks like with the settings you provided. It works! I just have to rescale the chart. Perfect. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-01-16 00:09:27
