We see you have the Tick Size set to 1.00 and the Combine Increment in Ticks is set to "1". Can you please try setting the Tick Size to "0.25" and the Combine Increment In Ticks to "4". Let us know if the problem persists or not. If you have a reason to have the tick size set at 1.00 then after you try the above, go ahead and change back (unless the above resolves the issue and you then want to keep it like this).
