I logged into my AMP account to prove I have the funds & am retail (which I am) - went live and still says I am only verified till Dec 16th 2023? Help?

I just logged in to my CQG credentials with AMP stayed live for well over 4 min and still says I am only verified till Dec 16th 2023. Did something change? I have my statement if needed to prove funds? Help.

When you connected your Sierra Chart to your CQG account, did you get any error messages or issues?

I received an error message on a daily historical chart loading data saying server has returned an error? That's when I switched to CQG from Sierra. Even when I went live & I deleted and down loaded all the data again it still came up as error but just on that one chart - all the other charts were fine. I switched back to Sierra and and had similar issue but only on the daily chart? Odd. I am in live mode as I type (markets are closed) not sure what else. Every other time I have done this since I switched no issue. Log in, load up switch between both accounts and I see the date moved for verification. this time nothing and still says verified till Dec 16th 2023

Only error message I received was the following when I switched to CQG from Sierra and it was only on the Historical Daily data chart. Nothing else popped up or other error messages that I know of or seen.

But this is what it said in the Red pop up Box: Download failed - Error downloading historical daily data for F.US.ULAH24 The Server returned an error.

I deleted and downloaded 5 times same result.

I switched to Live & waited 5 min or so. Still have the 16 Dec 2023 date posted.....

Your "Verified Until" date is now set to "2024-01-14", so something you did finally updated this.

Let us know if you have an issue again next month, or if you continue to have the error on the Daily chart.

Thank you for the response on both. Everything was fine this am when I loaded it up and changed accounts. I am going to do the same on Monday and see if similar problem occurs or everything is as it is to be.

I switched accounts again and wanted to see if my verified date would change...did everything I have done before and again the date did not move (again) it is still valid till Jan 14th 2024. I logged in for almost 10 min and the date did not change. My account is funded (I can prove) so not sure what to say. I will check in the morning again to see if the date changes.

If the "Verified Until" date is more than 25 days out, then it will not update. If you try this again in a few days, it should work.
