I received an error message on a daily historical chart loading data saying server has returned an error? That's when I switched to CQG from Sierra. Even when I went live & I deleted and down loaded all the data again it still came up as error but just on that one chart - all the other charts were fine. I switched back to Sierra and and had similar issue but only on the daily chart? Odd. I am in live mode as I type (markets are closed) not sure what else. Every other time I have done this since I switched no issue. Log in, load up switch between both accounts and I see the date moved for verification. this time nothing and still says verified till Dec 16th 2023
