Binance connection issues

Bumping this issue as still encountering it. It's all well to say that Binance has a problem, but other software e.g. Quantower, Tradingview, TradingLite, etc don't drop data from Binance and suffer frequent disconnects the way Sierra does.

Also volume isn't accurate. (know you're aware of this and its on roadmap for in the future)

It's really not on that paid software which claims to integrate with a data source doesn't have a reliable connection when multiple free options do.

Therefore, we should just drop Binance . Sierra Chart no longer supports Binance.

At this time we are terminating all support for Binance.

Decide if you want to continue to use Sierra Chart. We are not going to put up with all of this nonsense from Binance.

TODO: Please also fix Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services to clarify that you don't support Binance.

I was induced to make a purchase of your software based, in part, on this advertising - which would now be misleading.

I do not wish to continue to use Sierra Chart. Can you please process a refund of my recent purchase and any un-used services balance? I would not like to have to open a dispute with my card issuer to evidence that the software did not perform as advertised.

We have no problem with the refund but the Sierra Chart software certainly does perform as advertised. That is a false claim that it does not.

The problem is with the Binance data feed itself and we are not responsible for that as the License Agreement says. We are not going to be responsible for Binance problems when that is a very very substandard service which has been proven as a matter of fact.:

There are other relevant sections as well.

And also we did look at Binance further during the last hour. The market depth functionality that we thought was disabled and leading to Binance closing the connection, actually was not and that has now been fully removed from the Binance data feed. So the connections we have to Binance should be more stable now. So if you want to wait a few more days and evaluate Binance do that.

And then if you still want the refund, let us know and we will take care of that.
