We have no problem with the refund but the Sierra Chart software certainly does perform as advertised. That is a false claim that it does not. The problem is with the Binance data feed itself and we are not responsible for that as the License Agreement says. And also we did look at Binance further during the last hour. The market depth functionality that we thought was disabled and leading to Binance closing the connection, actually was not and that has now been fully removed from the Binance data feed. So the connections we have to Binance should be more stable now. So if you want to wait a few more days and evaluate Binance do that.
