Renewed Service Package 11 and Denali CME Group Feed but Price Action Not Moving

Hello Support,

I've renewed my Service Package 11 subscription, as well as the Denali CME Group Feed but price action is not updating on my charts currently.

I have tried Disconnect/Reconnect multiple times and have even restarted SierraChart multiple times to no avail.

Is there someone who can assist me getting the connection to work again?

The markets are closed now. Wait until Sunday evening at 6 PM US Eastern time when the market reopens.

It's moving! I see now that when the data dries up at the end of a market session on one chart and then a new chart is opened up the price that is displayed on the new chart may not be *exact* to the one in the current chart-and that is okay. The prices all end up syncing again when a new market session begins.

If you are using variable timeframe bars, which are not set to reset every day, then you may see what you describe and you can simply solve this by reloading all of the charts with Edit >> Reload Intraday Charts.
