Hello Support, I've renewed my Service Package 11 subscription, as well as the Denali CME Group Feed but price action is not updating on my charts currently. I have tried Disconnect/Reconnect multiple times and have even restarted SierraChart multiple times to no avail. Is there someone who can assist me getting the connection to work again? |
