Morning Sierra Charts. Not sure what is happening. Unable to connect to Rithmic Denali is active. I have logged into my brokerage account for verification. Got the green light. My crendentials have not changed for rithmic. I am able to login with quantower under my rithmic credentials and rtrader with those same credentials. Any help would be appreciated. I followed the directions??.... Thanks you. Sam |

Hi John, Still unable to connect rithmic. I followed the directions precisely, numerous times. I even paid for the non professional full of 11.50 in addition to 3.50 paid this morning.... It was working flawlessly since May of 2023 i had to key of my trades today using Sierra, and then enter using quantower to execute. it sucks.... Thanks. |

Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" and select the "Main Settings" page. In there, remove the entries for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" fields (i.e. remove your Username and Password). Since you are getting the data from us, you do not need these, and sometimes removing these will solve the Permission Denied error.
