Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" and select the "Main Settings" page. In there, remove the entries for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" fields (i.e. remove your Username and Password). Since you are getting the data from us, you do not need these, and sometimes removing these will solve the Permission Denied error.
