I have tried to open some Charts using real time data, I keep seeing a green popup saying 'historical download complete to re-download use:edit >> delete all data and download' followed by a blue popup saying 'downloading historical data. bars may not appear until done'. Additionally my message log keeps popping up. Any ideas why I have this issue? |

We see you are using Rithmic. And having connectivity issues. One thing we have learned about Rithmic is that they will disconnect the connection if an invalid symbol is used. So you need to check all of the symbols being used and make sure they are correct.
