my trade times do not match my clock nor my settings in sc

can someone please tell me why my time is not correct for my trade entries? My clock on the computer is set properly and i am using NY as the time zone yet trades i did this afternoon are showing incorrect time

We need more information. In particular, please give us the following:
- Is the image you provided of the Trade Activity Log itself, or was the data exported and then displayed using Excel or some other program?
- Please double check the Chart Time Zone setting - and let us know what it is set to. If it is set to use the Global Time Zone, then please let us know what the Global Time Zone is set to.
- You highlight a trade that is taken at 19:18:39.896726. What should this time have been?

I am also seeing something wrong in the trade window...this is the MNQ...and i have set up bracket orders...but the ticks and points dont make sense....there are 4 tics to a point and i have my first target set to 32 tics yet the trade window equates that to 16 pts...please see below

With regards to the time issue - at the top of your chart is the Chart Header that has various information in it - by default. One of the items is the time of the last bar that is displayed in your chart. Please ensure that your chart is scrolled to the very end, so you are viewing the most recent bar, and that you have the time displayed at the top of the chart. Then take a screenshot of that chart by following these instructions:

Also, please let us know the time of your computer at approximately the time you take the image above (it does not need to be exact - we just need to know the general offset in times).

If you do not have the time displayed, then refer to the following for how to add it to the Chart Header - as we need to view this time:

With regards to the Trade Window - that P refers to "Profit", not Points (and the L for the Stop is "Loss"). Since the MNQ has a Currency Value per Tick of 0.5, this makes sense.

let me first say the trades for are on a seperate instance with just a dom no actual chart... also if i open a chart in that instance or in a different instance, the fills do not appear on an actual chart...ie candle footprint, or any other form.

Most likely the reason for the fills not showing is that you are not viewing the proper symbol. Keep in mind you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", so you need to have a chart for MNQ open to see the fills, since that is what you are actually trading.

Another possibility is that the Trade Window does not have the correct Account selected. Refer to the following:

I am very confused...i just bought a state of the art gaming pc... quad processor 13700 with 64 megs ram sd hard drive and yet my pc freezes and shows circle spinning and says "NOT RESPONDING" then it takes like 5 min for it to respond....can you please help me with this issue...I have attached the chartbook here for your review...this always happens...then i have to create the charts over again from scratch...

We will check the Chartbook but the first thing is do not use that Chartbook.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings.

Open a new chart and start from there. Do not use the existing Chartbook.

What exactly is the issue? You had stated that the times were incorrect previously. If the times of these order fills are incorrect, then choose one fill and let us know what time it shows and what time it should have been.

the first trade from 01/17/2024 was done at 9:24:58 am why does it show as 14:24:58 which is essentially 2:24:58

Can you get us an image of your chart where you placed the orders, showing the Order Fills on the chart and have the chart scrolled back to where the first trade occurred (09:24:58). Follow these instructions to get us your image:

Also, what is the Time Zone of the chart set to (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone)?

That chart is set to a Time Zone of New York. Do you have other charts that you trade from that are set for a different time zone?
