We will check the Chartbook but the first thing is do not use that Chartbook.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings.

Open a new chart and start from there. Do not use the existing Chartbook.

Run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode as well:
