MBO Data Not Showing On Charts

Dear Sirs: Yesterday I upgraded my subscription to level 12. I took the following steps on CL & ES futures charts: (1) Checked level 12 subscription was active; (2) I followed the SC steps for activation and tried it on both the Chart - & Tradings DOM's, on a new and existing chart; (3) Repeated step 2 a second time; (4) Turned Custom Symbol settings On/ Off; On a recheck this morning the data is still not showing up in the assigned columns. How may I resolve it issue? With thanks, Ben |

In order to see the MBO data you need to have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data. Right now, you do not have this. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated, they renew on a calendar month basis, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, when you activate an exchange, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month regardless of when within the month you activate it. Also, if you deactivate an exchange, you will still get the data from that exchange through the end of the month - deactivating it really just sets it to not renew. Dear John: Thank you for the reply. I see, as a non-professional I have to subscribe to, say package 1 of the Denali Exchange Services, in order for the DOM to display multiple Bids/ Asks? Correct? Regards, Ben |

Correct. You need to subscribe to an option that includes the Market Depth data for the symbols for which you want that data.
