In order to see the MBO data you need to have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data. Right now, you do not have this. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated, they renew on a calendar month basis, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, when you activate an exchange, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month regardless of when within the month you activate it. Also, if you deactivate an exchange, you will still get the data from that exchange through the end of the month - deactivating it really just sets it to not renew.
