Data disconnection when placing orders.

I use rythmic with multiple accounts, and for about a month now often when I have order allocation turned on, I get strange disconnections when I place an order that results in 1. disconnecting and reconnecting over the course of ~10 seconds 2. it places the order on the selected account 2. "Order Sent" for attached stops and take-profits on the selected account never actually get sent 3. The order and attached stops & take-profits for the non-selected accounts go in as "Order Sent" but the orders never get placed. Why is this happening? its rendered the software fairly useless for me. There is nothing in the log you provided that shows any issues. Please send your entire Message Log after you have an issue with the trade as you mentioned. Also copy and paste your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" for us to see, as it may have information in there.

If you are actually getting disconnected from the trading server when submitting an order this is going to be an issue on the Rithmic side. There is not anything you can do other than not use Rithmic. We have heard of this before. Are you performing live trading with Rithmic?
