The problem is the Sierra Chart usage time on your account is expired. We added a week of usage time to it for now. You may need to restart Sierra Chart. Sometime in the next seven days: Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services". The NYMEX exchange is valid through the end of November. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so they renew on the first day of each month. This is different (and separate) from your Usage Time that renews on a rolling 31 day cycle based on when you last activated your account. In your case, you have 8 more days of usage time (your ending date is November 8, 2023, so the automatic renewal will be done just after midnight UTC time on November 9, 2023). You pay two fees to Sierra Chart: - Integrated Advanced Package (Package 11) - $46.00 per month. This is your subscription to use the core Sierra Chart software. - NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - $11.50 per month. This is the fee that is paid in order to get real-time data for the NYMEX exchange including the Market Depth data. You need to have both of these in order to get use Sierra Chart and get real-time data. There are other options available, but most likely you have selected these options for a reason. Here are some thoughts: - You can change to the "Integrated Standard" package (package 10) which costs $36.00 per month. Changing to this package will eliminate the ability to use the Numbers Bars, TPO, and Drawn Volume Profile options. Refer to the following for the differences in the Integrated packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages - If you do not need Market Depth data, then you can change your exchange selection to the "NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" instead of the "NYMEX with Market Depth".
