Charts plot differently across two running copies using same data feed

Hello, I am using two copies of SC at the same time running the Denali feed for market and historical data (to separate Rithmic trading accounts). Both are version 2555.

They are both plotting MNQZ3.CME (although one shows in the chart header as MNQZ3.CME[M] as the symbol).

Each chart has the same studies and candlesticks on the same tick settings (987) and a MACD with identical settings.

However the individual candles are not the same across both charts and it is noticeably different at some points in time.

In the Chart Settings, both have the same setup, such as the setting to start a new bar for each session, the times for each session and the time zone. There is nothing different I can see in each (other than one loads 7 days, the other 12, but I'm referring to today's session data).

I have just moved these to a new computer, and performed a "Delete all data and download" on both. They then looked identical *for a few moments* but the new candles being plotted do not plot the same. I have not noticed this in the past when running these two copies side by side.

What would be causing this in my settings? It is noticeable for me in terms of one not showing entry patterns that the other is showing.

Thanks.

If you are running 2 installations of Sierra Chart on different computers, then the issue is that you are not getting the real-time data to one of the computers as you are not setup to get the data to two computers at the same time.

Please get us the Message Log for the system which is lagging the other by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Ok, thanks, will do.

They are running on the same computer -- I have had this setup for about 12 months prior to now without any issues -- so the issue is definitely not related to two computers.

It is already only using one chart and one symbol so that part will be easy to follow but it is very hard to tell which of them is lagging -- can I then provide you with both Message Logs?
