Problem with Chart Using New Instance of SC

I set up a new instance of SC and one of my Chartbooks is not showing correctly. It showed fine on the main instance but not on the new instance. The chart in question was originally on the main instance. I closed it down and have it now displayed on the new instance and that's when the problems occurred. I've restarted both SC and my computer. I've tried Reload and Recalculate. None of this has worked.
Rather than try to explain what is happening, I've included images and a screen shot of the message log.
What is odd is that the reference chart shows perfectly fine. But the chart is not showing the data from the reference chart correctly.

We are not having any issue with the data ourselves, therefore we looked a little closer at your images and we see that your ES Daily Chart is missing data from June of 2022 to some time in 2023. This corresponds to where you have the issue in the one chart. You need to force a redownload of the data in order to get that missing data into the system.

Follow the instructions at the following link for the ES chart and make sure all the data properly downloads. If it does, then your other chart should correct itself:
