Hi Support, I am using a VPS with SC using the trading evaluator feature. I have been using VPS with the chartbook for a couple months now and this is first time receiving this trade error message. For my automated trading strategy, I have limit orders that are set once the globex market is open. It was working for the first hour then after that the error message popped up. I attached a screenshot of the the complete message I receive. Can you let me know how I can trouble shoot this error message? Please advise. Thanks, HN |

Yes, I am still having issues. I am using MES/MNQ/M2K/MCL. See attached screenshot. To provide more context, I am also using the automated strategy with ES/NQ/RTY/CL with no error message. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks, HN |

We are doing in depth debugging to see what is happening. We are not able to reproduce this. If you edit the trade account you are using, and go to the Symbol/Product Limits tab. The problem is just not reproducible and does not make sense why it would be occurring. No one else would be having this issue. Submit an order at this time and see if you have a problem. We are fairly sure what has happened. You are reporting, an issue, that occurred after we would do a software update, that lasted a few seconds. It is certainly not an ongoing issue. And at the time you posted, the issue was not presently occurring. Apparently you are continuously submitting orders or order modifications.
