I have an Apex Eval Account and I have the Service Package 11, Is this enough to connect Apex with Sierra Charts?

Yes, this is all you need.

Just keep in mind that it means that you will be getting the data from Rithmic. The data from Rithmic has a lack of historical data, and we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, but it is not a requirement.

Hi John,

I am unable to connect to Apex. I haven't had an issue connecting before. In the Data/Trade Service settings I have entered the following...

Current Selected Service - Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading)
Server - Apex-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated
Trading Username - (Entered Correct as provided)
Trading Password - (Entered Correct as provided)

Am receiving Connection error message - Logon error received from server: Permission denied?

Help would be appreciated. Kindest regards
