I am unable to connect to Apex. I haven't had an issue connecting before. In the Data/Trade Service settings I have entered the following...

Current Selected Service - Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading)
Server - Apex-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated
Trading Username - (Entered Correct as provided)
Trading Password - (Entered Correct as provided)

Am receiving Connection error message - Logon error received from server: Permission denied?

Help would be appreciated. Kindest regards
